A BIT ABOUT ME

Growing up with music made my life very full.  Starting at the age of 10 I was in violin lessons, played in the Metropolitan Youth Symphony and Vancouver Youth Symphony.  I went on with full scholarships to college and majored in Operatic Studies and Viola Performance. 1998, I discovered my passion when I took on my first violin student and started my career as a professional Instructor and I haven’t once looked back. I really enjoy working with people, especially children, and love the thrill of understanding when something difficult “clicks” for the first time.  I am always searching for new techniques and resources to help every student have a real understanding of how to read music and play their instrument proficiently.
